REMINDER ON STUDENT AGENDAS
School Agenda - Every child in Grades 2-8 is issued a student planner, which he/she should bring home DAILY. Parents, please get into the routine of reading and reviewing your child's agenda EACH EVENING.
TUITION ASSISTANCE REQUESTS: All requests for tuition assistance for the 2008-2009 school year must be made in writing NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, 2008. This is the absolute deadline. Applications are available from the school office.

TENTATIVE SCHOOL 2008-2009 CALENDAR:
We are currently working on the calendar for the next school year. Here are some important dates for your planning:
Gr. K -8 First Day of School: September 3, 2008
Christmas Vacation: Dec. 23-Jan. 4, 2009
Winter Break: Feb. 16-Feb. 20, 2009
Easter Vacation: April 9-17, 2009
As soon as our 2008-2009 calendar is finalized, you will receive a copy.
SCHOOL UNIFORMS:
Measurements and orders for school uniforms will be taken on WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Don Miller Hall. Representatives from Flynn & O’Hara will be at St. Amelia School to assist you with your order. Please return the properly completed order form with your child, or bring it to school on that date.Remember, Flynn & O’Hara has a store located in Western New York at 5225 Sheridan Drive in Williamsville – 632-6581.

AS PLAY:
SCHOOL PLAY TIME!
St. Amelia School will present Disney’s “HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL” for two performances only on MAY 29TH at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the historical Riviera Theater stage! Tickets will be available for pre-sale beginning APRIL 29th.
Auditions for all roles will be held during school hours the first week of February.
